Origin: Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. 1050 m.a.s.l.
Variety: 100% Malbec.
Soil: Clay loam soil with pebbles. Not very deep soils.
Vineyard age: 30 years.
Yield per hectare: 70 qq.
Winemaking: Grapes are handpicked and selected. Cold maceration and daily pumping over. Complete malolactic fermentation without induction.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels (second use).
Bottle aging potential: 7 years. Keep in a cool dark place free from vibrations
Serving temperature: 16 - 18ºC. It is recommended to decant 30 minutes before tasting to allow proper oxygenation.


Tasting notes:
Intense wine with well-defined profile, deep red hue with remarkable shades of purple and blue. The nose has intense aromas of plum and cassis with subtle vanilla notes. The mouth is elegant, fresh, delicate and has medium structure.

We recommend drinking it with:
Grilled or roast red meat, game meat, semi-cured cheese and stuffed pasta or dry pasta with spicy sauces.

Chardonnay Viognier
Origin: Tupungato, Mendoza.
Variety: 60% Chardonnay and 40% Viognier.
Soil: Clay loam soil with pebbles.
Vineyard age: 25 years for Chardonnay and 10 years for Viognier.
Yield per Ha: 80 qq.
Winemaking process: Handpicked and selected grapes. Fermentation at a controlled temperature. The 60% of Chardonnay ages in French oak barrels, Selection of the best batches, assamblage and bottling in total absence of oxygen.
AGING: Chardonnay ages 6 months in French oak barrels. Viognier does not age in wood in order to preserve its varietal character.
Serving temperature: 6 - 8º C.
Bottle aging potential: 3 years. Keep in a cool fresh place free from vibrations.


Tasting notes:
Yellow with green hues, displaying elegant aromas of white flowers, peaches and apricot, which blend with vanilla notes imparted by the oak. The mouth is gentle, fresh and sticky.

We recommend drinking it with:
White meat, seafood, fish and blue cheese.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Origin: Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. 1050 m.a.s.l.
Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Soil: Loam clay soil with pebbles. Not very deep soil.
Vineyard age: 37 years.
Yield per Ha: 80 qq.
Winemaking: Grapes are handpicked and selected. Classic maceration and daily pumping over.
Complete malolactic fermentation without induction.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels (second use).
Serving Temperature: 16 -– 18º C.
It is recommended to decant 30 minutes before tasting for proper oxygenation.

Deep purple-red hue and exquisite fruity notes of cherry and redcurrant. The mouth combines gentle tannins and moderate acidity.

We recommend drinking it with:
Bagna Cauda, grilled roast chicken, risotto with mushrooms, tagliatelle or ravioli.

Variety: Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in equal proportions.
Soil: Clay loam soil with pebbles. Not very deep soils.
Vineyard age: 37 years.
Yield per hectares: 70 - 80 qq.
Winemaking: Grapes are handpicked and selected. Cold maceration and daily pumping over. Complete malolactic fermentation without induction. Winemaking and aging of each varietal is conducted separately until preparation of the cuvee.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels (second use).
Serving temperature: 16 - 18º C.

Intense wine, well-defined profile, deep red hue. Its aromas of ripe red fruits and plum blend with the delicate vanilla notes imparted during its aging in wood. The mouth is elegant, harmonious, intense and has a long finish. It is recommended to decant 30 minutes before tasting to allow appropriate oxygenation.

We recommend drinking it with:
Red meat (Argentine traditional asado criollo) , beef empanada, pasta with tomato sauces, grilled or roasted chicken, cassouet, grilled or roast pork and/or soft cheese.
