Variety: White Moscatel 100%. This is the aromatic variety used, which is similar to the grape style used in Italian winemaking processes.
Vineyard age: 20 years, grapes being selected at the moment of harvest.
Winemaking Method: Gentle crushing of grapes with strict temperature control to keep the varietal aromas fresh. Cold fermentation 16 - 18 degrees, for 21 days. Fermentation interruption with lowering of temperature to preserve the grapes’ natural sugar. Prise de mousse (second fermentation) Base wine assemblage and filling of stainless steel tanks (Charmat method) Addition of selected yeasts. Second fermentation at 15-18 degrees, for 30 days. Addition of liqueur d'expédition and bottling.
Aging / Temperature: 6 months to a year 6 - 7°C.


Tasting notes:
Soft gold yellow, bright, with fine bubbles. The nose is exquisitely fruity, with aromas of apple, pear and citrus fruits, blended with subtle notes of white flowers. The mouth is elegant and pervasive, of a well balanced acidity lending it freshness, good length a fruity finish.

We recommend drinking it with:
As a refreshing appetizer in warm days, to share a relaxing time with friends. Ideal to pair with low salt dishes or steam cooked food, sushi, ceviche, seafood cocktails, river fish and ice creams, chocolate mousse and fruit pies.

Tasting notes:
Bright yellow hue, small bubbles forming a crown on the top of the glass. Highly aromatic on nose, reminiscent of white flowers such as jasmine or orange blossom blended with fruity hints of pear, white peach and apricot. Refreshing but delicate acidity in the mout, extremely pleasant even to the most demanding palates.

As a fresh appetizer for any occasion or combined in cocktails. It perfectly pairs with cheese and cold meat platters, sushi, ceviches, carpaccios, chicken with soft sauces, vegetarian dishes or fusion food. Ideal for desserts with a base of fruits and ice cream as well as chocolate mousse and chocolate candy.

Origin: Mendoza, Argentina.
Variety: Assemblage from Pinot Noir.
Vineyard age: 15 - 25 years.

Serving temperature: 8º C.


Tasting notes:
Young and bright, with a sparkling and elegant salmon colour. Subtle aroma of fruits and yeasts. Dry, of remarkable yet balanced aciditity.

Origin: Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza.
Variety: Mostly Pinot Noir, grape which finds its greatest expression in the regions of Mendoza, where the temperature range and the characteristics of the terroir preserve its primary acidity, an essential condition to achieve a complex champagne of intense aromas.
Vineyard age: 15 - 25 years.
Yield per hectare: 90 qq.
Vinification: Blanc de Noir, that is red grapes produced as white. The grape skins has a slight contact with the must, which accounts for its delicate salmon hue.
Winemaking Method: Charmat.
Sugar: 11 grs. /lt.
Serving temperature: 6 -– 8º C.


Tasting notes:
With subtle salmon hues, small and lasting bubbles which are proof of a painstaking winemaking process. The nose is captivating due to its perfect blend of aromas of yeasts, toasted bread, candied fruit and white flowers. Intense and fresh in the mouth. balanced acidity.
