Use and Access

These terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the users (hereinafter and indistinctly, the “User” or “Users”), to the use and access of the service, and to the website www.nietosenetiner.com.ar (hereinafter, the “Website”). Any person who accesses the Website or who accesses, navigates, uses or participates in the services and activities presented on the Website shall be considered a User.

The user agrees not to act in any manner that breaches or infringes on any intellectual property rights and accepts all necessary measures to preserve and protect these rights.

The Website contents are protected by copyright and the User is strictly forbidden from modifying, copying, reproducing, reposting, translating, transmitting or distributing the Website contents, or using the information contained therein, in any way.

Limitation of Liability

The use of this Website shall be the exclusive responsibility of the User. After such termination, the restrictions on the use of the contents set forth above in these general conditions shall remain in force.
